Mr. Amen has over thirty years of financial experience in technology, manufacturing and service industry environments. For the last nine years he has been with Patent Solutions, where he devises licensing strategies, leads patent infringement negotiations, develops infringement impact models and assesses licensing terms offered by target companies.
Mr. Amen is currently conducting infringement negotiations in the semiconductor, telecommunications and entertainment industries. He has worked for both European and U.S. based semiconductor companies and has had multiple assignments in Europe and Asia.
Mr. Amen has been a guest speaker at both the 2006 and 2007 International Patent Licensing Seminar sponsored by the Japan Institute of Innovation and Invention.
Mr. Amen is a member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Amen has also served on the boards of several start-up companies including software and Internet focused companies.
